Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

Any order placed on the website for purchase of a bracelet / other items which involve shipping can be cancelled only if the buyer raises a cancellation request via email to psychicmoontarotreadings@gmail.com or whatsapp to 9886560298, within 6 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request after 6 hours would not be entertained.

Return & Refund Policy

Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energized and blessed by me and once they are worn by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's energy, they cannot be used by anyone else. 

Kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:

• The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
• The product supplied got damaged / lost during the shipping process.

The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Under the above mentioned circumstances, there will be only REPLACEMENT and NO REFUND.

 Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. This is an absolute must for claiming any replacement for damage during shipping or wrong product delivered. Without the video, the replacement request won't be entertained.

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances:

We don't accept any exchanges owing to the nature of the products.. 

Replacement Procedure

In case of damage during shipping or wrong item delivered, we would dispatch a replacement within 3 working days. The damaged piece or the wrong item needs to be kept safely for return pickup.
